Cosmetic Finishing of spraying, silk-screening, pad printing, hot roll and hot stamping are employed to fulfill our customer’s finishing requirements on the plastic parts using both manual means and more than 40 machines.  Specialized paints, inks and foils for cosmetic finishing are being used to achieve high quality finishes and special effects under the skilled and trained staff and technical team who ensure that quality and all requirements are met.

ASSEMBLY OF PLASTIC AND MECHANICAL COMPONENTS INTO FINISHED AND SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS by experienced workforce with stringent process control to ensure our customers of high quality parts which can be shipped to stock. Ultrasonic welding, high frequency induction, heat insertion, heat stacking and sealing machines and 5 conveyor lines are used in this process.
